A gathering of youths connecting the present through traces of the past, while dreaming of the future. We are looking for youth to join us on a field trip to learn about the Founding Principles of the Republic of Korea, Korea-US Alliance, and K-culture. ※ All of your activities will earn certificates that reflect a reasonable amount of volunteer hours.
• Event Name: K-History • Date: 9 days and 7 nights! Jun 8~16, 2024 • Place: South Korea (※ Please check out the image below for a detailed schedule.) • This event cost: $800! • Recruitment Period: The application will remain open until all available spots are filled. The total number of participants will be 16 students accompanied by 2 American teachers and 1 Korean-American guide. > 8 ~12 Korean American middle-high school students who are residing in Hawaii > 4 ~ 8 non-Korean American middle-high school students who are interested in Korea. ※The final number of selected students is subject to change. ※ You must have a passport with at least 6 months validity remaining until the expiration date. ※ This includes traveler's insurance and all expenses: airfare, accommodations, meals, entrance fees and more
